مرحبًا بك في pvdesigner. باستخدامك للموقع أو أيٍّ من أدواته وخدماته، فإنك تُقرّ بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط والسياسات وفهمتها ووافقت على الالتزام بها بالكامل. إذا كنت لا توافق على أيٍّ من بنودها، يُرجى التوقف عن استخدام المنصة.
هذه الشروط تنطبق على جميع المستخدمين — سواء كانوا زوارًا، أو مشتركين، أو جهات تعليمية وتدريبية.
2طبيعة الخدمة
pvdesigner هي منصة هندسية تقدّم حاسبة متكاملة لتصميم أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية (المنفصلة عن الشبكة، والمربوطة بالشبكة، والهجينة)، وتشمل حساب الألواح والإنفرتر والبطاريات والكابلات والقواطع، بالإضافة إلى مخطط توصيل وتقرير قابل للطباعة.
المنصة منتج تجاري؛ تتوفر بعض المميزات والتقارير الكاملة مقابل دفعة لكل تصميم أو عبر اشتراك مدفوع، كما هو موضّح في صفحة الأسعار.
3الملكية الفكرية
جميع عناصر المنصة — بما في ذلك الشيفرة البرمجية، والمعادلات الهندسية، وطرق الحساب، والواجهات، والتصميمات، والشعار، والاسم التجاري، والمحتوى النصي والمرئي — هي ملكية فكرية حصرية لـ pvdesigner ومحمية بموجب القوانين المعمول بها.
المنتج تجاري بطبيعته. لا يجوز نسخ المنصة أو محتواها أو إعادة بيعها أو إعادة توزيعها أو هندستها العكسية أو دمجها في منتج أو خدمة أخرى لأغراض تجارية دون الحصول على إذن كتابي مُسبق من المالك.
4الاستخدام التعليمي والتدريبي
مع احتفاظنا بالملكية التجارية، فإننا نسمح صراحةً باستخدام المنصة ومخرجاتها (التقارير، المخططات، نتائج الحساب) في الأغراض التعليمية والتدريبية غير الربحية، ومن ذلك:
- الدروس والمحاضرات والشروحات داخل الجامعات والمعاهد والمدارس الفنية.
- الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل في مجال الطاقة الشمسية.
- المواد التعليمية والعروض التقديمية والمشاريع الطلابية والأبحاث.
- التدريب الداخلي للفنيين والمهندسين على مفاهيم تصميم المحطات.
ويُشترط لذلك:
- الإشارة إلى المصدر بوضوح (pvdesigner — www.pvdesigner.org).
- عدم إعادة بيع المخرجات أو تقديمها كخدمة مدفوعة باسم جهة أخرى.
- عدم الادعاء بملكية المنصة أو طرق حسابها.
5إخلاء المسؤولية الهندسية
نتائج pvdesigner هي تقديرات استرشادية وتعليمية تعتمد على البيانات والمدخلات المُقدَّمة من المستخدم وعلى تقديرات الإشعاع الشمسي. وهي لا تُعد بديلاً عن مراجعة مهندس مرخّص ولا عن التصميم التنفيذي المعتمد.
يتحمّل المستخدم وحده مسؤولية التحقق من النتائج ومطابقتها للكودات والمعايير المحلية (مثل IEC / NEC وما يعادلها) قبل أي تنفيذ فعلي أو شراء معدات. لا تتحمّل pvdesigner أي مسؤولية عن أضرار أو خسائر ناتجة عن الاعتماد المباشر على المخرجات دون مراجعة هندسية معتمدة.
6المدفوعات والاسترجاع
تُعرض الأسعار بوضوح قبل إتمام الدفع، ويتم الدفع فقط عند طلب تحميل التقرير الكامل أو عند الاشتراك. تتيح لك المنصة معاينة مجانية للتصميم على الشاشة قبل الدفع.
يمكن إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت، ويستمر سريانه حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة. ولأن المنتج رقمي ويُسلَّم فورًا، فإن طلبات الاسترجاع تُدرس حالة بحالة عند وجود خطأ تقني يمنع تسليم التقرير.
7الخصوصية والبيانات
نلتزم بحماية بياناتك. تُستخدم المدخلات التي تُدخلها (الأحمال، الموقع، مواصفات الألواح) لأغراض إجراء الحساب وإنشاء تقريرك فقط. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث.
قد نستخدم أدوات تحليل وملفات تعريف ارتباط (cookies) لتحسين أداء الموقع. تتم معالجة المدفوعات عبر بوابات دفع آمنة، ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك على خوادمنا.
8حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم المنصة "كما هي" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية بشأن دقة النتائج أو ملاءمتها لغرض معيّن. في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمّل pvdesigner أي مسؤولية عن أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدام المنصة أو تعذُّر استخدامها.
9تعديل الشروط
يحق لنا تحديث هذه الشروط والسياسات في أي وقت لمواكبة تطوير الخدمة أو المتطلبات القانونية. يُعلَن عن أي تعديل جوهري على هذه الصفحة، ويُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد التحديث موافقةً على النسخة المُعدَّلة.

1Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to pvdesigner. By using the website or any of its tools and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Policies. If you do not agree to any part of them, please discontinue use of the platform.
These terms apply to all users — whether visitors, subscribers, or educational and training institutions.
2Nature of the Service
pvdesigner is an engineering platform offering an integrated calculator for designing solar power systems (off-grid, on-grid, and hybrid). It computes panels, inverters, batteries, cables, and breakers, and produces a wiring diagram and a printable report.
The platform is a commercial product. Certain features and the full reports are available on a pay-per-design basis or through a paid subscription, as detailed on the pricing page.
3Intellectual Property
All elements of the platform — including source code, engineering formulas, calculation methods, interfaces, designs, logo, trade name, and textual and visual content — are the exclusive intellectual property of pvdesigner, protected under applicable law.
This is a commercial product. The platform and its content may not be copied, resold, redistributed, reverse-engineered, or incorporated into another product or service for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the owner.
4Educational & Training Use
While we retain commercial ownership, we expressly permit the use of the platform and its outputs (reports, diagrams, calculation results) for non-profit educational and training purposes, including:
- Lessons, lectures, and demonstrations in universities, institutes, and technical schools.
- Training courses and workshops in the field of solar energy.
- Educational materials, presentations, student projects, and research.
- In-house training of technicians and engineers on plant-design concepts.
This permission is subject to:
- Clearly crediting the source (pvdesigner — www.pvdesigner.org).
- Not reselling the outputs or offering them as a paid service under another party's name.
- Not claiming ownership of the platform or its calculation methods.
5Engineering Disclaimer
pvdesigner's results are indicative, educational estimates based on user-supplied data and solar-irradiance approximations. They are not a substitute for review by a licensed engineer or for an approved execution design.
The user is solely responsible for verifying results and ensuring compliance with local codes and standards (such as IEC / NEC or equivalents) before any actual implementation or equipment purchase. pvdesigner accepts no liability for damages or losses arising from direct reliance on the outputs without certified engineering review.
6Payments & Refunds
Prices are displayed clearly before checkout, and payment is taken only when you request the full report download or when you subscribe. The platform offers a free on-screen preview of the design before payment.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. As the product is digital and delivered instantly, refund requests are reviewed case by case where a technical fault has prevented report delivery.
7Privacy & Data
We are committed to protecting your data. The inputs you enter (loads, location, panel specifications) are used solely to perform the calculation and generate your report. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
We may use analytics tools and cookies to improve site performance. Payments are processed via secure payment gateways, and we do not store your card details on our servers.
8Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy of results or their fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, pvdesigner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
9Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Policies at any time to reflect service developments or legal requirements. Any material change will be announced on this page, and your continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
